CONDITIONS OF SKIP HIRE

1. RUBBISH MUST NOT BE LOADED ABOVE THE SIDES

2. The customer undertakes that he has lawfully obtained every necessary authority or licence from the local Authority which may be required in connection with the use of the skip supplied under this contract.

3. The customer shall provide adequate warning lights on the skip if the same is left on the public highway or wherever else is likely to cause damage to property or injury to third parties during the hours of darkness and he shall  also ensure the safe loading of the material into the skip

4. If the customer directs a vehicle delivering or collecting the skip to leave the public highway he shall indemnify us in respect of any loss, cost claims, damages or expenses we may thereby sustain whether as a result of personal injury or as a result of damage to the vehicle itself or to the property of the customer or third parties.

5. The customer undertakes, at his sole discretion, to direct the driver where to deposit the skip, the said driver being for the purpose of such deposit the agent of the customer.

6. It is not permitted to use our containers for fires.  Any container that has suffered fire damage could be weakened structurally and will be considered unsafe and unusable.  The full replacement cost of any such container will become the responsibility of the customer

The hire charges includes up to 1 weeks rental.  Lights and licence are the hirer’s responsibility.

Please phone us when the skip requires collecting giving at least one days notice.

PAYMENT TERMS – payment on order

We accept most types of debit & credit card.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS – 30 days

We reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per calendar month from the date of invoice on overdue accounts.
