Skip Hire FAQs
Got a question about our skip hire and waste management services? Check out our FAQs below to get answers to our most common questions. If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to get in touch, our team is always happy to help with any queries you may have.
Please be aware that skips cannot be put on public roads without a permit, correct signage and lights. If you must put your skip on a public road then there are some additional costs to do so. Get in touch on 01494 419929 for more information.
We are able to accept WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) in our skips. Please check with us first before placing items in the skip for an accurate quotation.
We deliver to anywhere within a 15 mile radius of our recycling centre in High Wycombe, HP15 6LJ. We cover these locations: Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Chalfont St Giles, Chalfont St Peter, Chorleywood, Gerrards Cross and Marlow.
Our skip lorries require 2.7m access but our lorries do have extendable arms with an additional 2m reach. This means that if our lorries cannot reverse right into your driveway, we can still drop the skip in the drive providing the access is clear. We can also lift skips over small walls and hedges.
We offer a range of different skip sizes. To give you an idea of what a skip can hold: a 6 yard skip holds roughly 60 bin bags, an 8 yard skip holds about 80 bin bags, a 12 yard skip can hold 120 bin bags, and so on. Not sure which is the best size for you? Please get in touch for more guidance on skip sizes, or read more here.

"This is the second time we have used them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We need another skip soon! They bend over backwards to help and always happy to help and polite. Great company highly recommend!"
